Basil Pesto

Ingredients

1 ½ cup Basil

½ cup SKW Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 Garlic Cloves

⅓ cup Walnuts

⅓ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 teaspoon Chili Flakes

⅛ of a Lemon Wedge, Zest and Juice

½ teaspoon Sea Salt

1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

In a food processor, add in basil and walnuts, then pulse several times. Add in garlic, parmesan, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper; pulse a few times again. Finally, while food processor is still running, add in olive oil and blend until smooth.

Serve with your favorite pasta or baguette and enjoy!
