Honey Ginger Shrimp

Yield: 2-3 Servings

Ingredients

Large Raw Shrimp – Peeled & Deveined

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, SKW chili pepper infused EVOO preferred

4 Tablespoons Raw Honey

1/3 Cup Soy Sauce, low sodium

1 tablespoon Sriracha

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

2 teaspoons ginger, minced

sea salt

freshly cracked black pepper

steamed broccoli florets (optional)

Cauliflower Rice (optional)

Preparing marinade:

Combine honey, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic and ginger into mixing bowl and stir together. In separate bowl, season shrimp liberally with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.

Pour half of the marinade in with the shrimp and save other half for use later. Let shrimp sit in marinade until ready to cook.

Preparing shrimp:

In a heated skillet with EVOO, toss in all contents from shrimp marinade. Cook on medium-high heat three minutes each side. Add steamed broccoli florets and remaining sauce; bring to a simmer.

Serve over cauliflower rice and enjoy!
