Guacamole

Ingredients

3 Avocados

1 lime

½ teaspoon Ground Cumin

½ Red Onion, finely diced

½ Jalapeno Pepper, finely diced

1 Roma Tomato, diced

¼ Cup Cilantro, finely chopped

1 Clove Garlic, minced

1 teaspoon sea salt

¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Peel avocados, cut in half and remove the pit; place avocados in a mixing bowl..

  2. Use a potato masher (or spoon) and mash the avocados to your desired consistency.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix together.  

  4. Refrigerate until serving and enjoy!
