Meatball Pops

Serving size: 15 meatballs

1 lb. ground turkey
½ tablespoon garlic, minced
½ tablespoon SKW Garlic Infused EVOO
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped
½ tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
½ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 jar or can (15 oz.) tomato sauce (I prefer Prego, when not home made)
Shredded mozzarella cheese

Sea salt
Freshly cracked black pepper
Bamboo food picks or toothpicks

Additional parsley to top meatballs


  1. Preheat oven 375

  2. In a mixing bowl, add in ground turkey, EVOO, Garlic, oregano, basil, parsley and bread crumbs.

  3. Gently combine the ingredients together, then form meatballs - should make about 15 small meatballs.

  4. Place meatballs on a parchment lined baking sheet and cook for about 15 minutes or until the meatballs begin to brown

  5. Remove meatballs from oven and top with tomato sauce and cheese; place back into oven until cheese begins to melt about 3 mins

  6. Remove pan from oven and top with another layer of tomato sauce and cheese, then place back until oven until cheese is fully melted and remove from oven for the final time

  7. Top with each meatball with parsley and place a bamboo stick in each.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
