Rosé Sangria

Rosé Sangria
Yield: 1 Liter
1 cup Water
12 Strawberries, sliced
¼ cup Sugar - Use stevia for a low cal substitute
750 ml Cotes de Provence Dry Rosé, chilled - Found at Aldi
6 oz. Tito’s Vodka, chilled
12 oz. lime sparkling water, chilled
1 pint Raspberries
1 lime, sliced
Strawberry- Razz simple syrup:
Add water, strawberries, raspberries and sugar to saucepan and bring to boil. After boiling, turn to low heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Mash strawberry and raspberry mixture, turn off heat and let cool. Once cool, use strainer to separate syrup from mashed berries in pot. Set aside syrup and toss leftover contents from your strain.
In Large pitcher, pour in rosé, vodka and cooled simple syrup, stir together and chill. Before serving, add in lime sparkling water, fresh lime and remaining raspberries and strawberries. Serve over over ice and enjoy!
